ESPN suspends PTI's Kornheiser

ESPN has suspended TV commentator Tony Kornheiser for remarks about fellow ESPN personality Hannah Storm, according to multiple reports Tuesday.

Kornheiser, the popular host of the show "Pardon the Interruption," is known for making sports figures the subject of his humorous criticism, but in a recent show he aimed his commentary at Storm's wardrobe.

I have never noticed what Hannah Storm is or isn’t wearing because her gaze is always fixed about two feet below camera level as she read the TelePrompTer. It is incredibly distracting and annoying.

Maybe it was just too much for them after he said recently on his show, “Nobody, nobody, likes Chris Matthews.”

When I read the headline I thought, PC run amok. However, after reading his comments, they were over the top and something one shouldn't say about a co-worker.

If he said it about one of the bimbo news readers on CNN he'd get a pass. But to say it about a female co-worker is inappropriate. Speaking of which; Perhaps he ran a smooth line on Storm and she didn't respond in kind.

That outfit has me scratching my head and saying WTF too!
Besides being offensive to anyone with eyeballs, it simply seems like some Mrs. Robinson type trying to still turn heads as she prepares to go over the hill.

That’s not even close to the worst thing I’ve ever seen on TV. How he can comment on that and not comment on some of the clown suits the guys wear is hard to understand.

Good enough to wear red boots and a Catholic School dress, IMO. The last thing I'd want is some unfunny, lazy "sportscaster" schmuck like Kraphauser discouraging comely females from wearing tight clothing....Sheesh.
