Uma Thurman and Her Hissing Hair
Here's a look at Uma Thurman in the role of Medusa in "Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief," [Pic in URL] which hits theaters Feb. 12 with aspirations of knocking "Avatar" out of that top spot at the box office. And yes, that's an iPhone Thurman's got, and since Percy (Logan Lerman) is about to swing his sword at her neck, I'm guessing this scene might have a one-liner about "a killer app."

When I first saw the ad for this I thought this was the Clash of the Titans re-make.
In before the HT pictures!
Is this docudrama starring Uma Thurman as Nancy Pelosi?
Good job-Thanks
Plus Uma T hates Bush with a passion.
“The Clash of the Titans” trailer looks amazing...I cannot wait!!!
My 13 year old twin daughters cannot wait to see this movie. They have read all the Percy Jackson books. They like Percy Jackson more than Harry Potter.
This is a must see event in our household. We’re going tonight or tomorrow night.
Bad hair day?
Sounds good then. Have your kids developed more of an interest in Greek mythology?
Has no one on this entire forum ever heard of Medusa? This female representation is at least 2500 years old, probably much older. Freud saw her as representing the conflict between maternity and female sexuality, with some castration fear thrown in for good measure (he identified that fear quite often, makes you wonder....)
They liked Greek Mythology beforehand, and I think that’s why they love the books.
With that whole turning men into stone thing, Medusa could be a spokesperson for Viagra.
Tsk.
Please, no HT pics! Snakes are OK.
