How can you ‘cheat’ on someone you are not married to, but who is married to someone else? Cheating implies breaking vows or a promise of some kind.

Well, let's see. Jeff is 57 and he is dating a 21 year old.
Not quite a granddaughter but close.
That makes an ick factor to me. When he was 47 she was 11.
