We were listening to Rush this afternoon on the way home from choir practice. During the top of the hour news break, they announced that Michelle had started her obesity campaign. My eight year old said, “she NEEDS to!”

I'm counting down to see how fast this "harmless", feel good campaign to end childhood obesity morphs into a big government plan to slap hefty taxes on so called junk foods and soft drinks along with other nanny state restrictions on what we eat. At a minimum, it's another platform to push for socialized medicine under the Trojan horse of children's health.
