That can be read two ways. A plan to air-attack ads would be effing retarded. However, a plan to air attack-ads is not so bad. I read it the former at first and was in agreement with Rahm.
We are sensitive to this because we know that the libs would crucify a conservative for saying this no matter the context. We would hear about it for days.

Yes, some people are retarded. They live with that undeniable clinical diagnosis, and its a fact of life for them. Which is why using it to insult people or ideas takes their dignity, and continually makes it difficult for them to just live a normal with a label that they can never escape.
