Considering her influence in our culture and international iconic status, I believe the messages behind her art warrants this level of analysis. The power of images should never be underestimated and I am quite impressed with what the video's author uncovered. Any discerning believer with a heart for the greater culture would benefit from watching this. As the saying goes, "the devil's in the details." Be sure to click the link.

There’s been photos around the internet of proof that lady Gaga is indeed a hermaphrodite. Of course, there’s also the loonie rag columnist Ian Halprin who says Angelina Jolie and Lady Gaga hooked up. The internet is a strange place sometimes.
He/she actually has the plumbing for both.
It became very obvious in a Youtube video from one of her concerts where she gets off a motorcycle and as she swings her leg around, a crotch appendage becomes visible.
It is viewable at this URL: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f8Jt_JxGYn0
That's a myth concocted to make people accept the trashy, morally subversive pop culture of today. Go back to the music of the 20s and 30s. You won't find Bing Crosby or Louis Armstrong glamorizing drugs (although LA used marijuana), using profanity, slandering their country, going nude on stage, or imitating sexual movements in their acts. There is nothing in our history remotely comparable to what is commonplace in entertainment today. It's a race to the bottom with today's so-called "artists."
I just read the lyrics now, and her explanation of them. I liked the song better before I knew what the lyrics were. Her lyrics, and manner of speaking, and subject matter are — how shall I say it? — rough.
Thanks. I watched the video. “She” looks like a guy in drag.
This is the LIE that’s perpetrated upon our young people. This type of stuff & Adam Lambert & all the others like him & Lady GaGa are destroying the culture of our society
*sigh* - The sad thing is that there are people who would make such blanket statements as “sex is wrong”... how did they get here then? If sex is wrong, why did God “make them male and female”? Sure there’s a time and a place for things, and often we fail to discern the correct time/places.
So let my refuting begin:
- While it is true that Satan can appear to be a being of light and as such _might_ be depicted by the sun it is also true, and much more common, for the sun to denote/symbolize a beginning or end as in sunrise & sunset.
- Haus is merely German for ‘house.’
- The refrence to Lady Gaga being a god-like figure because she is sitting on a throne is a bit of a stretch when it is more likely that the director (who said he was going for a sort of futuristic Russian bath-house) was thinking of a monarch.
- To say that the bath is symbolic of washing her sins away is to ignore that people ACTUALLY take baths for the physical-body’s sake.
- To imply that large eyes denote ONLY innocence is to ignore that large eyes ALSO are a symptom of arousal, and thusly the historic usage [by women] of belladonna to dilate the pupils.
- The feeling of betrayal by God is *gasp* common! (In Christians and non-Christians alike, at least at SOME point in their life.) Mother Theressa, it is said, had a long period of ‘drought.’
- ‘Vale’ is supposed to be ‘veil’
- The term ‘morning star’ is ALSO used throughout the New Testament in reference to Jesus the Christ [or perhaps Holy Spirit]; thus the “I will give him the Morning Star” (See: Revelation 2 :26-28 & 2 Peter 1:19 )
- Having a cat means you’re worshiping Horus, and therefore Satan? Wow, I must be quadruply damned with my cat and her three kittens.
- Joules are a unit of measure [energy]; JEWELS on the other hand are precious and semi-precious stones.
- Satan is known as the “Rain Man”? Where do you get that? In the sermon on the mount Jesus says that God sends the rain to the just and the unjust; are you implying that Satan and God are one? That IS, I’m fairly sure, a heresy.
- The cross is attached to a sash consisting of a thin-rope/thick-thread and just has the unfortunate (ass far as I can see) chance to dangle at the crotch... probably because any lower and it would be out of the shot altogether and any higher it would look off-center and therefore unbalanced.
- ‘Reseave’? I’m fairly sure you meant receive.
- “Why does Lady GaGa wear this costume?” you ask... I have no idea, why do any pop-stars wear ridiculous costumes in their videos?
- Red is a color associated with sin? Not really, passion perhaps; blood, definitely.
- Or, perhaps the dance becoming more lively is because the song is finishing or coming to a crescendo, perhaps?
- Actually there is a body left at the end; it’s the burned skeleton... or did you not see that?
All in all, I’m more inclined to say it’s just a[nother] “stupid pop music video” with no real hidden/deeper meanings.
I know I live a sheltered life - but I have never heard of this Gaga person or her/his songs and do not know what a “hermaphrodite” is - can you enlighten?
Whatever it/he/she is - it is not a surprise.
Satan is the prince of this world and the prince of the power of the air....but he is NOT the KING.....
That King is coming and satan and his minions=including Gaga, etc - if that’s what it/she/is promotes - will find that out soon enough.
Yeah because no one ever said those things about Jazz, flappers, or Speakeasy’s. And I’m sure that’s just a movie myth that there were so many illegal activities surrounding that era...all those machine gun drive-by’s never happened.
“When my grandmother found out that I was playing jazz in one of the sporting houses in the District, she told me that I had disgraced the family and forbade me to live at the house... She told me that devil music would surely bring about my downfall...” Jelly Roll Martin, one of our earliest Jazz musicians. PBS did a show called Culture Shock, one was about the beginnings of Jazz called The Devil’s Music: 1920’s Jazz”. Even the New York Times thought it was Satanic.
Like I said, every generation thinks the youth of their generation are going to Hell, more Satanic, corrupt, terrible, etc. If you listen to Jazz lyrics and it’s very NEW beat you can see why that generation would be shocked. They talked about many of the themes in music today, imagine that!

Female born with male genitalia.
Thanks for the well exposed retort. The phobia of seeing Satan everywhere is one of those tedious games played decade after decade. I’m not a big fan of most pop music, but at least Gaga is visually stimulating.
“- Red is a color associated with sin? Not really, passion perhaps; blood, definitely.”
That one got me too...I just thought, well what does that make our flag?
Cindie
Eek. I didn’t even know such things occurred. Dumb? on this, yes.
(Thanks for the info...)
>Thanks for the well exposed retort.
You’re welcome; I could have done more but I do have a tendency to wander off-topic if I let myself.
The whole premise of the video's narrative consists of the battle between good and evil, with evil winning out. The "pure and innocent" Lady Gaga (dressed in white) gets force-fed vodka-potion by fallen angels and enters the "bad side" (she then dresses in black) wins out...
And that's just the beginning. The video was rich with symbolism and other references. Not your average pop video.
I was impressed with the video analysis because it wasn’t commenting on Lady Gaga’s sensual dance moves...that’s something shared by virtually all entertainers (though the standards become looser with time obviously)...but the specific spiritual symbols with blatant occultic implications: crucifixes with occultic references underneath, egyptian cats, ram’s heads, the bath house setting, etc...

And how do you know this person’s interpretation is the “right” one? Could it not, as a poster suggested above, be open to different interpretations? Like poetry, literature or movies, different points of view of readers/viewers should be encouraged and expected. Maybe Lady GaGa’s (and I’m not a fan) reason for doing this was just to see how many people she could throw into a tizzy.

>Eek. I didnt even know such things occurred.
They are a rarity, all things considered.
>Dumb? on this, yes.
Me too, I’m sure a medical student would know more.
I lived through the beginning of rock n roll in the 50s. There were no lyrics glorifying Satan, or drugs, or communism in those days, I guarantee you. The whole cultural scene was downright corny and innocent by today's standards.
Yes, I know that much of jazz can be traced to whorehouses, but once it went mainstream there were only mildly suggestive lyrics, and again, no antipatriotic or Satanic lyrics. Even in raw old blues lyrics I don't hear explicit profanity, while today that is commonplace. No "pop musicians" pranced around the stage nude as does Flea today. Mainstream entertainment was not the same as the subculture of the slums back then. Today, some of the best-selling "artists" are straight from the slums, and wallow in flagrant use of the f-word, the n-word, the mf-word, incitements to violence, etc. etc.
