Dreat feel-good story for Drew Brees and the Saints.

I really hate it when a hard fought game comes down to a refs call. Let the players decide the game.

Game should have been called for sheer ugliness.
Vikings had 6 or 7 fumbles and 2 picks.

>> Finally, 2 good playoff games today.
What, you didn’t find Dallas vs. Minnesota exiting enough last week?

I guess you Viking fans got a taste of what us Packer fans had when he played for us. Lessee..thats about 4 playoff games he has thrown away in his playing days.

I have to disagree. The officials won in OT. The bogus pass interference call on Leber and the bogus catch were both official gifts to make sure the number one seed won.
Other than that, the game was a barn burner! 4 quarters of good football decided by the refereeing crew in OT.

I hope the Saints can live with themselves... They know that last pass interference call was completely bogus. That was an un-catchable pass if I ever saw one. I sincerely hope the official that made it gets pulled from the league. You can't make mistakes like that in a playoff game.
I'll take some solace from a) being a Steelers fan anyway; b) the fact that the Colts will hand the Saints their backsides in the big game. The Saints get 5 turnovers and have to got to OT to win with bogus calls? They are going to get crushed.

I've been watching pro football for over 30 years and this is the first time that the 2 teams I've rooted for most have ended up in the Super Bowl. Now I don't know who to root for.
I'd like to see New Orleans win because it would be a shot in the arm (although a small one) for that city. On the other hand I'm a big Peyton Manning fan. I'll figure this out by game time.

Poor brett. Green Bay karma bit him in the ass.
Ted Thompson is totally vindicated for trading the redneck. Same result two years later.

One of the STUPIDEST time management folderoos in professional football as demonstrated by a catatonic Vikings offense in the last minute and change of regulation time.
I really don’t care who won but the Vikings head coach and offensive coordinator need to be looking for work at this moment.
Just plain stoopid!
