I saw a guy just over 5 feet tall do this to a 6'6 270 pound guy who was trying to bully him. He grabbed his nuts with one hand and stuck his fingers in his eyes with the other hand. The big guy was paralyzed and squealing until he fell on the ground when the little guy let go. The fight lasted about 30 seconds from start to finish.

Kinda like the Richard Pryor and Gene Wilder movie "Stir Crazy" when the wrench was used in a similar manner.

p.s. an old friend of mine, chris johnson, from hawaii, was a short guy (c. 5'5") who took on a guy c. 6' and kicked his @ss using "gracie style" (martial art) in less than 5 seconds.

i've never seen anything like it before in my life!

but, c.j. died doing what he liked to do -surf.

r.i.p. c.j.

I remember a LONG, LONG time ago, watching one of Oprah’s shows in which they discussed how to defend yourself against rape and the like... This was one of the exact things they mentioned.

Grab, twist, and pull... Good for her!

My favorite line:

"No, you ain't dying," she says back to him. "I'm trying to kill you, but you won't die."

[I really think that deserves an exclaimation point, though.]

Even if the guy is armed, I’d think this would be a good strategy. I don’t suppose even the toughest would be in the frame of mind to use the gun properly under those circumstances. And then you could get it and turn the tables...

And since there’s always the chance that he’d kill you anyway, what’s there to lose?
