Is sanity beginning to return to the Country? I don’t want to get my hopes up.

Common sense will always be an oxymoron when politics is involved.

Too bad it will never be mentioned on any MSM outlet.

Judge Patrick McKay concluded, among other things, that "not all emails relating to state business are necessarily public records, and that the "use of private email accounts to conduct state business does not -- in and of itself -- violate state law."What is wrong with these judges? I can actually understand and agree with this decision.

Well, it’s probably the first of many victories to come for Sarah Palin leading to Nov 2012.

This is the Case that involves the punk-college democrat who broke into her and her family's e-mail accounts and broadcast their messages over the Web?
The guy whose Father is in the Tennessee Legislature, is it not?

I wonder if Andree McLeod would fancy a "visit" from another U.S. citizen with Lebanese heritage...
...Your Truly. She'd sure get a new fear of Conservatives were such a meeting to occur.
