I think the most likely outcome is that he commits suicide in office. His mental condition will continue to deteriorate as he encounters further setbacks. He will follow a path that seems to him to be the surest way to immortality but that also wreaks the greatest vengeance and havoc on an America that he despises.

I would imagine foreign intelligence agencies, who analyze America from afar, have also done their similiar leader psychological profiles, including of Obama, and have come to the same conclusions about his instability and the transient nature of his power.
This makes for some good opportunities for us politically, but also exposes us, as a Republic, to some very serious external national security threats.
