Carlos Laurel, 31, and Andre "Sug" Hardy, 39, of Lincoln Street, face eight charges related to cocaine trafficking. Police arrested Laurel and Hardy after they showed up at a Kingston residence and allegedly delivered 50 bags of cocaine to the unidentified occupant Tuesday at about 5:53 p.m. Police estimate street value of the cocaine was $2,500.
Hardy, who is on federal parole for previous cocaine distribution charges, also had 10 bags of marijuana hidden in his waistband, cash and a cell phone. Laurel is on Luzerne County probation until 2013 and has been previously arrested on drug-related charges, according to Luzerne County records.
The transaction happened within 1,000 feet of at least two schools, including Wyoming Seminary and Wyoming Valley Montessori School.
Laurel and Hardy each face felony charges for delivery of a controlled substance, criminal conspiracy to commit delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal conspiracy to commit possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility.
The men also face misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled substance, criminal conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Laurel and Hardy were taken to Luzerne County Correctional Facility for overnight arraignment.
Kingston Narcotics Unit, Luzerne County Drug Task Force, the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General and the Kingston, Edwardsville and Swoyersville police departments were involved in the investigations and arrests.

This is the worst mess they’ve gotten into since that incident in 1927 when they accidently demolished the wrong house for a silent film. Hal Roach paid a mint for that.

If there weren't an unconstitutional prohibition, neither of these individuals would have been selling drugs because the value would be so little.
The WOD is a lost battle. It gave us the Kennedys, and Chicago/Capone. The current one is giving us MS13.
Time to defund our real enemies by devaluation?
