Sorry Arthur, I just remembered your “Don’t ping me” vanity that became a classic around here several years ago. You will always be a legend to some of us for that thread. I found it in the list of your posted threads, but unfortunately it has been removed.
I know it’s not preserved on FR, but it’s someplace out there.
I’m still not sure what “ping” means.
You see thread you think is interesting, and you put a reply on it, addressed to people you know, the reply consisting of the word “ping”?
