It's already started........tin foil hat brigade.
Most of the machines are made by AccuVote and are for people with disabilities. They are not in place of the current system. They are in addition. These machines supply a verifiable paper trail.
You bet, it’s the first resort of libs. When things go badly, lie.
These are the same ones they used to rig the past two election cycles, right?
NO WAY!
Are those real SEIU people?
Some time ago, I was talking to my aunt about obamacare. She and I both have pacemakers...great little devices, but like any electronic device, they wear out eventually. Under obiecare, I might be put on a waiting list for a replacement pacemaker (I'm 57), but my aunt, at age 86 now, will probably be told that she's too old for another pacemaker.
When I told my aunt this, she didn't believe me at first. She did, however, do some research on her own and found out that this pacemaker scenario is valid. Little by little she has soured on the whole hope and change thing, and she has indicated that for this year's elections, she is going to vote Republican.
People are learning the truth.
We should have expected this all along.

Question is will the SEIU, ACORN and New Black Panthers (pussies) show up to disrupt the voting process? (Usually by intimidating the senior citizens) Next question is do the brave folks in Mass really have the balls to remove them by proper means. Find it sort of odd the tough talking northerners allow themselves to be intimidated with no response. Oh maybe a few quotes in the next days newspapers. The rest of America is watching your lead....
Can you support your statement that the AccuVote machines “supply a verifiable paper trail”? I think we agree, but I wonder if you have information that I don't have about the AccuVote? There are bipartisan critics of the voting system, one is Verifiable Voting, who have examined mechanisms for years. I have read analysis from several computer professors who have done what they could to bring this breach to the notice of the public. Few understand. I've had to satisfy FDA requirements for audit trails of chemical analysis, and it is simply a fact that our voting systems wouldn't begin to satisfy the government.
I have seen some sophisticated attempts to provide high tech solutions. I'm in the reliable computing systems business, and see this as an open problem, currently easily solved by returning to paper ballots. The extent of voter fraud has been largely ignored by the press, who have, according to some, played a central role in the counting process through what used to be called the Voter News Service (the name may have changed, but it is an association of the major news services, and operated in secrecy for decades.) If we need “transparency” in any government function is should be first in voting; votes in a half dozen particularly corrupt states affect the nation.
We need to return to paper ballots, and to make the mechanism for federal elections uniform across the states.
In Washington State, when a Dem is losing, they demand a recount and then just keep finding boxes of "lost" ballots in closets, car trunks, in school storage rooms, etc., until they have enough for the Dem to win. (And the "lost" boxes always contain just about all Democrat votes. It's just amazing how that works.) It has stolen many an election for them.
As I live and breathe (because I still can!).
:-)
Bet they were silent when thousands of votes were manufacture for Al Franken and he was selected-not-elected by the courts.
