>>Its about time for the Chargers to pick up another running back. LT is in his twilight years<<
Is LT that old?
you too
Post #610 is hilarious - great graphics.
Me? I’ll be dining all week on mac and cheese.....
And stale cheesy poofs!!!
If you mix ketchup and water you get a passable tomato soup. Almost.
You should join us next season...we do it weekly...or weakly in some of our cases.
Been doing it all season. Did it to the Giants just a few weeks ago, The Bengals and Bears a few weeks before that. Then there was the Packers, Rams, Lions, Seahawks...
What are the Cowboys going to remember? How they lost by 31, instead of the 24 they entitled to lose by? Given that this is the playoffs and everything, and winning it all is the objective, maybe the feelings of and about to be vanquished foe isn't the top consideration. Maybe giving the Saints one more piece of film to be concerned about matters more. Or maybe Favre likes throwing touchtown passes and he'll keep doing it as long as you allow him to.
I assume we have a no hatin but OK to rag rule? (fat lot of good that did yesterday and today).
Not really. I don't make rules I can't enforce, and I ain't no moderator. I just do the board. Mainepatsfan does the threads and the great graphics of the team helmets.
Guys, I’m not in the official group, but if its any consolation I took an ofer too in my picks. Who woulda thunk it. The bye week regains its luster and one of the most steady teams falls to a team whose coach thought they had been eliminated in the regular season. With that said. I’m as happy as a clam with Jets win. I hope the Jets can take this run to the big game.
With NFL running backs, it’s not the years, but the mileage.
I really didn’t think it would last more than a week or two.
Yeah with your rationale we could have won by 50 Saturday. Of course Brees and company have a little more class. Calling off the dogs when the game is fully in hand is good sportsmanship. Maybe something your Rent-a-QB should learn
Thanks a lot!!!
OK, next week.....
JETS@COLTS—All I know is this. Defensively, SanDiego matches up against the run than the Colts do, and you saw the results for yourself. The Jets#1 ranked defense will have no problems stopping the Colts from running the ball. So with Darryl Revis draped all over Reggie Wayne, the kids and Dallas Clark have to come up huge to help Peyton, or its going to be a loooong day......
VIKES@SAINTS—Ok, so I’m dusting off the #4GB jersey and will be wearing it next Sunday. So now you know who I’m rooting for.
not bad coaching Bad playing, the BOLTS were not hungry today
This would make a great United Way commercial.
I think the offense lost the game and the defense was just worn out..
That’s like 45 in running back years.
Well when Vick no longer is an Eagle, make sure you join us next year.
It’s a blast, good or bad. And the usually good natured ribbing helps too....
Colts shut down the top rusher in the league twice this year. In addition to Wayne (who was double teamed all year) they have Clark, Garcon, Collie and Addai as top notch receiving threats. Three receivers with 1000 yards. Their line gave up the fewest sacks. And then there’s Peyton. Their defense gave up the 8th fewest points in the league and Freeney and Mathis are the best pass rushing tandem in the NFL. I like the way they match up against the Jets (who snuck in the playoffs) just fine.
I agree
****
Once again, the Bolts choke. Maybe next year.
