It sounds like she is suffering from biolar disorder...
Keep her at home and in the studio.
Don’t torment the poor woman.
She’s a singer and not a trained seal.
It sounds like she’d be right at home in Hollywood.
She should take comportment lessons from Elton John.
Excellent post. Even the Beatles got sick of the silliness of performing live and after a 1966 concert in San Fransicko, retreated to the studio and never performed live as the Beatles again (not counting their impromptu rooftop gig).
I agree with your post #4.
Being a fine musician, as you already know, is not at ALL the same as being a good live performer.
Some of the finest musical artists of all time couldn’t handle live performance. Maybe they could “perform” OK for an hour or two but their lives fell apart with fear and drugs and whatever else destroys human lives.
Let Susan’s art shine throughon CD. I hope (sorta predict) she will have a Christmas album next.
Susan does not need Oprah and Oprah doesn’t need her. Let her deal with whatever limitations she has at home so she doesn’t have her entire life destroyed by the hyenas in the public star-making machinery....
What’s so strange about dancing with and singing to a mop? I see that every night on TV. The mop sings back, too.
Amen!!!
I hope no one teaches her to throw in a ‘George Bush’ here and there during her profanity laced outbursts. That way, the Left would love her forever, no matter what, and excuse her every transgression. (Just steer her clear of country music because even lefty politics wasn’t able to save the Dixie Chicks!)
Actually it sounds like she’s got this celebrity thing down pat!
She stayed at home all the time, had very little to no social life, never married, no BF....Now we know why she acts the way she does....or the way she acts is the reason why she stayed at home.
Or unipolar depression. Fish oil does wonders for a person’s frustration tolorance.
The entertainment media loves only one thing more than building up celebrities - tearing them down.
Fred Astaire danced with a Dirt Devil.
“I understand that you just want to sing, Susan, but I’m your agent and I’m telling you it won’t be enough. You have to say and do outrageous things in public. You have to keep your name in the news. You have to give the paparazzi good reason to pursue you. Or in a few months SuBo will be back in the council house for good, forgotten by the world.”
