These people are out of their minds. Remember the stories from the UK at the beginning of school year when boys showed up in dresses as girls? It was all perfectly normal and some kids just needed counseling so they wouldn’t have a problem with it.

While the practice of genital mutilation is now looked down upon in 3rd world nations where it originated, it is now exalted in what was once a civilized western world.

At 17...he’s constantly surrounded by 65 yo pervs...and cries into his powdered pillow every night.
Its actually called schizophrenia, but the PC environment has pushed psychiatrists and docs out of the way of being able to diagnose and treat these disorders properly.
Look at the life-span data after sex change surgeries. Its really very sad. Many people have a longer survival rate with a variety of cancers now than they do after being not diagnosed with this disorder properly and allowed to proceed with this surgical mutilation.
I suppose that’s the only way to respond.

They couldn’t GIVE me enough counseling so that I wouldn’t have a problem with it ... or for that matter, with the counselors.
Considering he’s been receiving hormones and “psychological treatment” since he was 14...I just...bah.
Reminds me of an old joke...
A man goes to a hospital and says...”I want to be casterated”.
The staff was not sure so they questioned the man if that is really what he wanted. He said “I want to be casterated”.
The doctors consulted and finally did the operation.
When our hero woke up in the recovery room there was another man in a bed moaning and groaning.
Our hero says..”Say man, what are you in here for?”
The other man says...” I just got circumcised”.
Our hero says..”Damn! That is what I wanted!”
If he hated his arms would they cut them off too?
Emotional and psychological problems are not solved by surgically removing parts of your anatomy.
