I’m a huge Warner fan but damnit! GB had that game in the bag. We always lose these last-second thrillers. ROFL

A classic NFL barn-burner.

Any pro quarterback can have a Hall of Fame game when there is no defense.

I love Kurt Warner and always have....
Rodgers was brilliant as well.....he did get a head to helmet hit just before the play where he was face masked and fumbled....
I feel bad that it was not called.
so you Green Bay fans hang in there....you got a good one...
and Kurt....you're my dream qb.....

I'm not a Cards fan, but damn, that Warner can sling the ball. I almost kinda hope he pulls an Elway and goes out on top, if all the retirement talk has any legs. What a great game. And to think the guy was stocking supermarket shelves at one point. And I can see Rogers sporting a ring in the future, too - the backs of his ears have barely started to dry off after getting out from behind Farve's shadow, and he's already making good things happen.

It was some game!
Someone suggested that covered stadiums favor the offense. That makes sense to me. Removing random elements like gusts of wind, looking into the sun, etc. should allow an offense to hone their game. Covered stadiums are more common now than in the past and this may throw off historical comparisons between quarterbacks.

It was an ideal matchup and both teams played it for keeps. The refs were inconsistent in my opinion but wow. I’m glad my team GB has Rodgers.

I am Jewish and I root for Kurt Warner because of his outspoken Christian faith. I can’t wait to tell my liberal cousin who hates Sarah Palin all about it.

He was amazing (coming from a Steelers fan).

That was the only worthwhile playoff game this past weekend.
