Good evening, Gail. Nice to see you here today.
Thanks for the link.
Sorry that it has taken me so long to get here. Zero and the dims are determined to get this health care bill thru. They care not about the harm being done to our Military and our ordinary citizens. They know best!

Conor, this gentleman was from a small town not far from me. It was either Castlewood, St.Paul, darn it, I wish I could remember. Our local news interviewed his father and he was telling how his son had always loved serving his country. I believe his son had been in the service about 11 or 12 years. Anyway, his father broke down several times during the interview and so did I. He had his handkerchief and I had my Kleenex.
They showed a picture of him and his wife and 3 small children and they were such a nice looking little family. I take all their deaths seriously but when its local, it really hits. We owe all those who died in service to this country so much love and respect and we can’t possibly repay any of them.

The Sin Buildup
We have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us. 2 Corinthians 4:7
For hundreds of years, windmills around the world have been used to pump water and to process grains. But in the last few decades, as wind turbines producing electricity have become more prevalent, a fly in the ointment unexpectedly occurred.
Researchers discovered that windpower generators worked fine at slow speeds, but at high-wind velocity, bugs on the blades reduced power output. Operators found that it was necessary to regularly wash off the buildup of dead insects to avoid having them slowly decrease the turbines power.
A buildup of sin in a Christians life can be a problem as well. God has provided a way to clear the accumulation of sins from our lives. First John 1:9 reminds us: If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. But unless we do that often, well be running on diminished power. Thats because the power for living comes from God and not us (2 Cor. 4:7). When we try to live the Christian life in our own strength, well feel defeatedlike windmills robbed of their energy.
Gods power can be more easily seen and experienced in our lives when we get rid of sins buildup every day.
The power in our Christian life
Will be diminished by our sin;
Confession will restore our strength
When were forgiven, cleansed within. Sper
Sin drains our spiritual power; confession restores it.

You have that right. Cutting Seniors Medicare, and then cutting the Military/retired Military's health ins should rile up a great portion of the voting public IF they knew about it all. Most people I talk to don't know about the Medicare cuts, much less the Tri Care cuts. They are shocked to say the least. And talk radio has ignored Mr. Brown's comment about the TriCare cuts, I don't think they know what it is even.
Met an older lady in the Commissary Tuesday, she is whopping mad and said she wanted to join a Tea Party. I gave her a Freerepublic.com business card LOL.
Find it handy to make up a business card with FR's URL and basic statement and hand those out versus getting someone to write it down...have to hunt for a pen, paper etc. Works.
