Happy Monday, Yorkie.
I didn't realize the Merle Haggard recording was that old.
Sure seems like it could have been written in 2009.
I did a speed read at your link .... You are right!
Lots of surprising info there .... how fast we forget. :)
Have a Lovely Day.

Hi Amy! The lady in your graphic looks like me this morning. I keep waiting for the washer to finish, then the dryer. And waiting to run the dishwasher but it can wait until later.
It was 9 this morning but has warmed to 20. But I do hear by Thursday and Friday, we will get some upper 40's, which will seem like paradise, after the temps we have put up with of late.
Hoping you have a nice Monday also! Guess you're happy school is starting again...LOL! Life is so busy, school or no school.

Hi Jaycee! Puppy pictures always make me want a puppy. Then I realize how fast they grow up to be as big as my 2 are. Two big dogs in my small house are enough to keep us entertained.

Happy Monday! TCP

Here's your new puppy, TCP!
He's very small, so won't take up too much room.
And he is VERY loving!

Good morning, Meg.
Happy Monday. Love your lavender.
It looks so pretty and springish.
I'll try to get back to Sunday later, but
Thank you again for being here for us on Sundays.
We appreciate you and all you do.

Johnn, thank you so much for your wonderful breakfast of Ham Steak (batter dipped) and served with maple syrup and whipped butter. Don’t know how you did it, but they were SOOOOoooo good! And, the fresh squeezed orange juice was a perfect accompaniment.

Aw, he’s a cutie!
I really really want a puppy now.
Raising our last one from puppyhood was exhausting. He’s 3 and 1/2 now and still very puppyish. Full of energy. He’s a hoot. Our oldest is 6 and he’s more dignified, although every now and then he does something silly for us.
Happy Monday!

I totally agree....they are so cute when they’re puppies. I don’t have any dogs or cats at present. My last 2 dogs were shelties and each was loved tremendously. It hurts too much when they pass away and I decided I couldn’t go through that hurt anymore. Of course I could change my mind but right now I am okay! LOL!

I certainly enjoyed this opening this morning. Great graphic and I loved the old song. Its hard to believe it isn’t about today instead of 1982! 28 years ago is a long long time! Thanks much.

My Dog Bo!
My dog sleeps about 20 hours a day.
She has her food prepared for her.
She can eat whenever she wants, 24/7/365.
Her meals are provided for her at no cost.
She visits the Doc once a year for her checkup,
and again during the year if any medical needs arise.
For this she pays nothing and nothing is required of her.
She lives in a nice neighborhood in a house that's much larger than she needs,
but she's not required to do any upkeep.
If she makes a mess, someone else cleans it up.
She has her choice of luxurious places to sleep.
She receives all these accommodations absolutely free.
She is living like a queen, and has absolutely no expenses whatsoever.
All of her costs are picked up by others,
who go out and earn a living every day.
I was just thinking about all this, when suddenly it hit me like a ton of bricks.
Holy crap! My dog is a democrat!

Awww, how sweet. He/she looks like my last sheltie. She was about that size when we got her. Mine’s legs were colored a bit different but............isn’t it a doll?? If one like that was set before me....wow!
