We were ‘lucky’ - as the creek did not crest into flood. But, Flagstaff and Phoenix suffered significant damage. We just had intermittent snow, and it did not stick. 25 miles north, (Flagstaff), they accumulated almost three feet of snow.

Crab Cakes with Bearnaise Sauce

Shaved Prosciutto Ham and Mild Cheddar in an onion roll with mustard/mayo dressing and shredded lettuce

New England Chowder, thick and rich, with oven dried garlic bread croutons and shredded Swiss cheese topping

Hot mini-loaves of 9-grain bread with whipped butter/honey, and an assortment of preserves

Coffee
Tea
Cranberry/Apple cooler

Bowl of cubed fresh fruit, (strawberries, cantaloupe, melon, grapes, pineapple) with a side of confectioner sugar, and a small pitcher of half and half

Snack away ~ Fat free, no calories ~ No guilt

They are wild anemones actually...They look like poppies to me.

This picture was taken in Israel or thereabouts IIRC.
