butterflied porkchops!! Coffee w/creme and a side of freshly squeezed OJ if you happen to have some left!

Affirmative on the OJ, fresh squeezed and even got the good pulp and no concentrate.

Always glad to cook for someone who knows their preferences!

“Billie said; Meg, your Red Friday graphic of the woman in red walking down that tree-lined, snow-covered path to the house in the distance is just wonderful!”

I agree, a very eye-catching shot, and like most of your images thought provoking as well as a joy. Thanks for all the image work you bring to us.

Sounds good......I’m making home fries from left over potato, a little serloin steak, an egg and toast with applebutter. (But I LOVE gravy and biscuits. I never order it in a restaurant though, because all you get is a bowl of flour thickend water, with one piece of sausage - if you’re lucky.)

Ah, such a cute kitty - no color is prettier on a white kitty (or doggie) than red! I always buy red collars for my white dog, and if it’s cold when we go out, his coat is also red. It just is the BEST color on white fur, to me. :)

Our choir director tries to tie his song selection to what the preacher is preaching on...thankfully I have to put up with it only a few more months...her voice grates on my ears. She is a part timer for us, the one we had was transfered at the end of Dec. I'm only 61 but grew up with the traditional hymns. They'll learn when their church pews are empty. I can worship at home just as well. I turn on southern gospel on the tv and have myself my own revival.

What I can't understand is the other faiths shutting out the Holy Spirit. If you started speaking in tongues they'd freak out. You can take the Holy Roller out of their church, but you can't take the Holy Ghost out of the Holy Roller! And forget the laying on of hands for healing, they don't understand it either. Although both are mentioned over and over again in the New Testament.

A lot of churches now have 2 services when it is not even necessary, just blend the 2 styles and tone the volume down...then of course these young folk are hard of hearing due to listening to over loud music.

My late husband was a 2 radio technician as well as an accomplished musician and he preached volume control constantly to prevent hearing loss. I went to 1 Assembly of God, staid about 10 mins and left with a headache, I even stuffed kleenex into my ears to mute the to loud music didn't help so I left.

You had a busy busy Birthday weekend (not to mention yours earlier this month!)

Hope Marissa's over her sore throat and Wednesday's followup is just a routine visit to say everything's okay!
