It may not be illegal if all of the provisions of the 1934
Firearms Act have been met. Same as a machine gun, they aren’t illegal in all states, just need to meet the Federal requirements.
Only in the Democrat's world... I hold that almost no weapons that can be carried by a free man should be "illegal."
Perfectly legal as long as it’s registered. Send form 1 off to BATFE with the specifications and the money, then get out your hacksaw when the form comes back with the stamp. AFAIK, it’s legal in your state.
