Somebody’s got Rudy’s number. I can’t think of any other reason why a guy with his personality isn’t running for everything available. There’s something dirty on him and the wrong people have it, I bet.
Rep. Peter King of Long Island will be the front runner and would destroy Gillibrand in any debate. That’s if Gillibrand is the nominee.
My sources say his comment today made no mention of the Guv race.
Rudy has lots of skeletons that would be dragged out of the closet if he were to run. His former police chief is either in prison or going, and the scrutiny Rudy would get would put him there, too!
Theres something dirty on him and the wrong people have it, I bet.
That’s a given.
They’ve got nothing on him. Don’t you think if they had, it would have come out by now? The NYTimes despises him. He’s got as many enemies on the left and in the media as Palin has. And I hope he DOES run for president. If anyone can turn this country around, he can. He’s got a record to prove it, not a lot of glib talk—which is what most pols are all about. He took the most liberal city in America and made it fiscally conservative. He fired bureaucrats, reorganized agencies, lowered taxes, sold off municipally-owned properties, and rejected race contract preferences. If that wasn’t enough, he radically reduced the crime rate, fought the media, and reacted with nerves of steel and compassion during 9/11. I personally could care less about his messy private life. We don’t need a president to give us marriage counseling, we need somebody to fight our domestic and foreign enemies and to put our fiscal house in order—including fully rescinding the health care bill if it passes. Rudy is tough enough and smart enough to get the job done. I also like Sarah—but I’m not sure she’s up to it.
Ah your claiming dirt on Rudy is nonsense. He tore into the city political hacks, the mob, the unions and all the folks with their hands out in NYC. If they had anything they would’ve used it.
I’d take your bet and I’ll collect.
He probably doesn’t want to move into a legislative role this late in his career.
He’s in his mid 60’s and it’s executive or nothing I’d guess.
“Theres something dirty on him and the wrong people have it, I bet.”
I’ll wager some of his business dealings with Guiliani Partners, LLC
