A cow has been caught jumping six feet on to a roof, after the owners thought they had been burgled.
Neighbour William de Cothi, 17, photographed the animal after he spotted it on the roof about six feet off the ground.
The Sixth Form student said: "I was looking out of my window when I saw the cow.
"At first I thought that it was an illusion and that it was in the background and not really on the roof.
"But after a closer look I could see it was actually on the roof."
The teenager added: "I have heard cows can jump quite high, so I think that is how it got up there.

I believe it. When I was a lanky kid, 6’6”+ and rail thin, I worked at a sales ring. One day a large cow chased me over a 6’ fence. When I hit the ground and turned around, she was coming over the fence after me. I scaled the wall between the shoots and arena seats where bidders sat. It was eight or more feet high, and I thought that cow was going to make it over that wall. She tried. I don’t have a clue about what I did to make that cow mad.

Hate to tell ya, but cows can jump amazingly high. My cousin (35 years older than I) put a cow in one of his barn stalls. There was a window about 2-3 ft square at least to my eye level in there. By the time we bolted the door and walked out of the barn, the cow had jumped out of the window and was hightailing it for her calf. Unbelievable!

I'm thinking the targeting scanners for the transporter is out of whack. I'll run a level Three diagnostic.
