Taekwondo monkeys attack trainer

Lo Wung, 42, taught the monkeys so they could entertain crowds outside a shopping centre in Nshi, in eastern China's Hubei province.

But the money-spinning primates turned the tables on their trainer when he slipped during a show, with one quick-thinking monkey flooring him with a kick to the head.

Y’know, the Monkees as martial artists would’ve made a great caper movie.

Especially since that’s back in the days when Bruce Lee was on tv.

My mind is muddled on any links between the Monkees and kung fu, judo, or karate (at least on the tube). There was a boxing scene in the movie HEAD.

If those monkeys were taking World Taekwondo Federation style, the trainer could simply try to punch them in the head.
