All the front pages of the Louisiana newspapers are wringing their hands over the TV broadcast “blackout” of the game on networks. A Baton Rouge TV station even appealed to the NFL for broadcast rights.

We’ve had very little snow here, about an inch or so. But about 3 hours ago the snow turned to an icy mix and I’ve heard the roads have turned into ice rinks. Just what I need for when I go home in a couple of hours......

I guess the Pokes think this game has some importance to it for they’re firing on all cylinders now. And going for it on 4th down shows some guts....

And so far they have kept the aints off balance too...

Remember 2 games tomorrow are now 4:15 starts cause of the globebull warming...

The Bears are still in Chicago and supposedly are going to try to fly out in an hour. There’s no way they play tomorrow if they can’t get out soon......

WHEW!!!! Folk kicked one through! Cowboys 17, Saints 3. The big thing is the Cowboys are keeping the crowd noise down. And of course the 14 point lead helps, too.
