I saw a anti-Zero bumper sticker on a car and it had in big letters SOL on it. Is this a refernce to Sol Alinsky or something else? Thanks.
ACORNYM ... that is what my brother, friends and I did with the snot nosed kid we didn’t like. We picked up all the nuts under the oak trees and used them in our sling shots .... we’d ACORNYM (acorn him)
Not a pleasant thing .. those acorns would leave a 2” welt a 1/4” thick. Hey .. do kids play with slingshots now days, or have the toy nazi’s confiscated them with everything else that taught us the laws of physics.

I thought maybe the pro obama person tried to remove someone’s anti obama sticker and could get all of it off so they added a pro obama one to the vehicle.
I feel for you. I made the dumb mistake here once by asking what LOL and means. I didn’t pull up FR for a week after that, waiting for the laughter to die down.
I would expect someone to come up with a dictionary for text abbreviations soon, if they havent already. I don’t text, so many are Greek to me.
But SOL is as old as the hills. An abbreviation used as far back as Noah’s time. When Noah looked back at the people waving on shore, I am pretty certain SOL was used in a sentence. So like everybody else, I will have to ask, where have you been?
Now my bumper sticker is much more to the point.

In Virginia, SOL is the testing that is mandatory for graduation (Standards of Learning). It’s oddly appropriate.
Bawahahahahahahahahahahaha ahahahahahahahahaha hahaha hahaha!!!!
It is almost there, since you can be armed in house and auto, but I sure feel it when away from them.
