Sotomayor Uses "Undocumented Immigrant" in Supreme Court Opinion; Never Happened Before
From this:
In an otherwise dry opinion, Justice Sotomayor did introduce one new and politically charged term into the Supreme Court lexicon.
Justice Sotomayors opinion in the case, Mohawk Industries v. Carpenter, No. 08-678, marked the first use of the term "undocumented immigrant," according to a legal database. The term "illegal immigrant" has appeared in a dozen decisions.
This is a relatively minor issue, but expect things to get worse and maybe even much worse. At this point in time, it's worth looking back at those who basically took a fall after she was nominated; that will be covered in a future post.

It's "aspirational," like Obama's Nobel Peace Prize.

undocumented= okay
illegal= iffy
Change the word, it’s the leftist style.
So, according to this logic, a bank robbery should be called “undocumented withdrawal”?
A reverse bailout.
A drug dealer is an undocumented pharmacist.

I gotta hand it to these libtards, they sure are crafty with these descriptions;
abortion=pro-choice
health care reform=death panels/govt insurance
illegals= undocumented immigrants
progressives=mentally retarded
Stand by...the Supremes are getting ready to “green light” immigration amnesty.
Undocumented candidate
Rape = Undocumented Date ?
Elections have consequences.
Thanks again to the “True Conservatives” who voted for obama.
Don’t forget:
wealth = debt
jobs saved = jobs created
“How many legs does a dog have if you call its tail a leg?
Just four—calling a tail a leg doesn’t make it a leg.”
A. Lincoln
Let’s stop picking on the mentally retarded. Even they know better than to support progressives. Political “progressives” like Nancy Pelosi and Raúl Grijalva aren’t retarded at all; they’re very intelligent but extremely power-hungry and far too persuasive and desirous of devastation to the American people and culture.
Whenever any distinguished member of Congress introduces, cosponsors, votes for, or promotes any legislation, you usually safely can assume that the distinguished member of Congress does not do so from ignorance but because he or she deeply desires the logical result of the legislation in question on behalf of the American people, no matter how deleterious those effects.
Distinguished members of Congress (and they’re all distinguished) overwhelmingly promote their personal gain at the extreme expense of the American people, economy, and culture. They gain political power literally by compelling bureaucrats to extinguish the lives of Americans. And no death panels—the Congress will allow an individual bureaucrat to issue irrevocable orders leading to the death of an individual American (excluding current and former distinguished members of Congress and other politically connected individuals and their families) without convoking any panel or committee. This provision will save money, requiring the employment of fewer bureaucrats.
“Pro-choice” actually means an advocate of intentionally and maliciously murdering innocent babies without temporal punishment. Like “death by bureaucrats,” it’s another intrinsically disordered method of violating the right to life that certain distinguished members of Congress actually actively promote. Legality and even promotion doesn’t make it any less evil nor scandalous.
Progressives outside the Congress are often delusional, brainwashed, ill-informed, unthinking, or victims (recipients) of government handouts.
Oh yeah, “undocumented” persons are those separated from their birth certificates, immigration documents, drivers’ licenses, and other official documents. If I go for a walk and leave my identification at home, I’ve joined the “undocumented-American” community. “Undocumented immigrants” can be illegal aliens, legal immigrants, naturalized citizens, or of any other immigration status; the Court simply never received any documents or testimony to ascertain what the true status might be. Undocumented-Americans also might have suffered loss of papers through natural disaster, theft, and loss.
Cheers!
