“... Share the fact that the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus (Rom. 6:23).
Or share this verse from John 1:12, As many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name.

Going back to yesterday’s posts, love the “God’s Gift” poem and the illustration of the hands reaching for each other.

Yummm, Carrot Cake - life-sized slice to boot! I haven’t made one in a long time - seem to make pumpkin cake with cream cheese frosting pretty often instead. Either one is a winner to me - love that cream cheese frosting!

Thank you for telling me that, yorkie. The song is very moving - in fact, almost every single track on that album is just beautiful. I just told jaycee that I'm pretty sure Amy is going to post another from the album tomorrow, so hope your guest will also enjoy that one.
Most of the songs on the cd are cover songs from other artists before Susan, but I believe that yesterday's "Who I Was Born To Be" was written for her to sing. Anyway, I sure don't mind hearing her sing other people's songs! :)

Thank you, kitty, and thank you for your post at the end of the November thread. I am glad that we 'fixed' the problem with the tables. :)
This little goodnight graphic of the sleeping doggie is so sweet!

Oh, you are definitely decorating our thread for Christmas! It just keeps reminding me that it’s *TIME* to get out the tree and the lights and the ornaments and the swags and the music boxes and Santas and Angels and “all that stuff” at home.

Good morning, Billie.
Thank you for Today's Adorable Opening Graphic and Poem.
That little girl is a 'doll' and the poem is so typical of a child.
Have a beautiful Warm Feathery Wednesday.

Thank you, Billie - I found the poem first - and then went to Mr. G for the graphic. (Mr. G. and I are getting to know each other quite well!)

I think Betty Crocker (or Duncan Heinz) makes a pretty good one, in those little plastic tubs. (But, to be REALLY good, it takes two tubs.) No calories, of course. LOL!

When I first saw Susan Boyle, I thought, “Finally! Someone with real talent that looks like a ‘regular’ human being.....not overly made up, or anorexically thin, or bleached hair with extensions, or huge bosom implants!”
I hoped that no one would try to ‘transform’ her!
