The bird (in post 26) is sitting on a metal (teepee shaped) stand. I tie one cheesecloth bag to the top before it goes up the butt end and then place it in a foil covered pan. I’ll post a final picture of the bird tomorrow. Once this one is done, it’ll be on its way to the daughter’s house to be devoured.
