As entertaining as it might be, we already know that many, many of them would fail. And it would change nothing. You've got alcoholics, womanizers, pedophiles, cheats, defrocked judges, morons, nutjobs, losers, loons, heretics, radicals, hippies, whores, snakes, fakes, and half baked flakes.
I think if you took the chemical controls out of the equation they would just go even further off the deep end.
The bourbon, scotch, ‘ludes, brews, baggies, lines, shots and wines are all that stand between us and nuclear annihilation. Or surrendering to Monaco. Either way.
