Levi Johnston's just arrived back to his home state of Alaska after finishing up his press tour for his upcoming spread in Play Girl Magazine, came home to bad news. The 19 year old father of Sarah Palin's grandson has more family drama.
Johnston's mother Sherry Johnston has been convicted and sentenced to 5 years in prison for trying to sell the powerful pain killer Oxycontin.
RadarOnline.com has spoken with Levi Johnston's manager, Tank Jones who says the 19 year old is handing the situation well. “Levi was with his mom in court today, and he’s doing great,” Jones told RadarOnline.com. “She got sentenced to five years with two suspended, but he’s doing ok.”
43 year old Sherry Johnston was charged in December with six felony drug counts. According to police Johnston received the pills in the mail and sold them to police informants numerous times in October and November of 2008.

I am SO glad Sarah’s daughter didn’t marry that jerk.
I wouldn’t be at all surprised if he is already on drugs, and that is why he is acting in the way that he is.
