For those of you who've already picked-up your copy of Sarah Palin's autobiography, have you finished reading your copy yet.
I got mine this past Tuesday the 17 of November, started reading it that night and finished it today [Thursday November 19].
I'm slower than a 1-legged tortoise in a vat of Gorilla Glue....NOT !!!
Well, what do you think of the book? Give us a book report!
I bought it yesterday. Started with Chapter 1 and then fast forwarded to ‘Going Rogue’ (the chapter).
I ‘m on the first chapter about 20 pages in. I just bought it last night. I also bought a new book about Vince Lombardi’s first season with the Packers. One thing I notice is that Palin actually has a great sense of humor.
1/3 of the way through
I haven’t gotten it yet, but I’m probably going to download the Kindle edition in the next few days.
"Damn you Amazon for delaying my reading material! I shall unleash a virus that'll disrupt your servers!"
Sorry to disappoint you, but it’s not available for Kindle until Dec. 26. :-(
But I have that entire week off from work, so that will give me plenty of reading time.
'sides, just took a test in BioChemistry 1 today and don't feel like doing anything more academically-related today.
I bought it on Tuesday but haven’t had much time to read...only on chapter two. It’s been a busy week! Looking forward to finishing it this weekend.
Delivered late yesterday.
FINISHED!
It is an easy read...seems like a conversation with a friend.
It clears up some of my questions about the campaign and leaving the Governorship.
I should have said Walmart, $8.98 no shipping and arrived Fed Ex on Wednesday afternoon. I left home at noon but it was here at 10 PM so fast delivery! Ordered last week as a pre-release order.
I read till 4 AM!
Just kidding about the book report. I pre-ordered the book but it has not come in yet. Ticks me off because the bookstore is sending it to my home which takes longer. Now the bookstore has the books on the shelves. I don’t watch Hannity unless I absolutely must. O’Reilly is even more insufferable. Too many egos.
Hope you did well on your bio-chem test.
I did not want to say too much and spoil it.
It has times to laugh, cry, pray, and even swear!
I have not read cover-to-cover a Hannity, Coulter, Beck, Levin, (except Sprite) or any other political book in a long time. Maybe not since the early Rush books.
The new children’s “Christmas Sweater” is wonderful, however.
I am glad I read it in order. It seemed to make all the pieces fit together well.
Guess I lucked out.
I have a review of the 1st 130 or so pages.
Cheers!
I am 165 pages in and I am liking it. The meat and potatoes starts at page 63, but the first chapter is also worth reading. I purchased the book online, but I also purchased a $19.00 copy of the book a Wal-mart so I would be able to read the book before the talking heads have a chance to tear it apart. The book has been well worth the money and I am not even halfway through yet.
I bought it then promptly threw it in a box going to Marines in Afghanistan.
So I will buy a few more and I am going to donate one to my local library and then on to the old folk’s homes in town, they have lending libraries, then on to school libraries.
I live in a conservative part of Tennessee so I am sure I will have no problem. The local elementary school principle and teachers all bought our local TEA Party T-shirts that were sold at school - shhh don’t tell anyone.
I love Tennessee!
Mine arrived at 6:15 PM last night. I am 171 pages in and had to put it down because I get up at 4:00 AM.
