I'm inclined to let her work out her problems. I don't recall her making a public figure of herself. We can just add it to the list of DU related DUI's (Gore's son, Sid "sissy" Blumenthal), that get little coverage compared to, say, drug use by Levi's mom.

Some here might even say "Not guilty."

For being related to John Kerry (who looks like Lurch), she’s not completely unfortunate looking.

She’s not a public figure. Leave her be. We shouldn’t be dragging the Bush twins, Cheney’s lesbian daughter, Palin’s recetnly knocked-up daughter, or the Obama girls over the coals for their mistakes ... and we shouldn’t be worrying about John Kerry’s offspring.

She was QUITE the public figure during the Kerry campaign for President. Rather mouthy and outspoken, as I remember. Wasn't she the one in film school? And then there was the DRESS.

To the contrary, she’s a highly politicized screenwriter, actress, and thought to be an aspiring politician. Wikipedia says “She is currently producing a documentary based on Naomi Wolf’s book The End of America: A Letter of Warning to a Young Patriot.”

Next to elected office-holders (George W., Andrew Cuomo, Al Gore), I can’t think of any “politican’s kids” who did more to make a public figure of herself.
