The Criminal charges of Conspiracy and Fraud are served against Nancy Pelosi in US District Court, Nashville, Tennessee
RELEASED BY: American Grand Jury
Charges filed with multiple State Election Commissions claiming Election fraud by Pelosi and Obama.
American Grand Jury has incorporated the Nancy Pelosi/Barack Obama criminal complaints within its Presentments. The Presentments were served on the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, Nashville, TN on November 6th, 2009. A Response in the form of an Order has been issued by Judge Todd Campbell and received by American Grand Jury this week. American Grand Jury will answer the response in the form of a Motion. The American Grand Jury Motion and a copy of the Courts Order will be published on the AGJ website within the next few days.
If acted upon, the Grand Jury Presentments would require that Pelosi and Obama be criminally indicted for Fraud, Conspiracy and Treason.
American Grand Jury is actively pursuing the serving of Presentments in a number of United States District Courts in different States.

When any form of government does not protect the unalienable rights of the People (which is the actual definition of what THIS government is supposed to do - protect our rights), it is the People's right and duty to use force to overthrow them.
The Constitution honors documents written before it, so therein, honors these words above all.

It is not childish.
Referring to people who are citing Constitutional law to remove a an illegal occupier of the office of President as "wierdos" doesn't exactly rise to the level of well reasoned thought. A child can make such a statement in a heartbeat. Instead you employ the same tactic as the socialists by attempting to discredit a process you oppose. At the very least you could raise your argument above the levels of those two with well reasoned discourse as adults can do instead of merely resorting to insults.

Oh I understand the grand jury process well enough to understand that this is going nowhere. Do you want to bet differently?
I don't know where it will lead. I do know if people don't invoke the powers granted to them in the Bill Of Rights then it will definitely go nowhere but by exercising those rights there is at the very least a possibility it will have an effect. I also know the worst outcome is we end up in the same place as we are now.
It's amazing you and others are using the same tactic the socialists use to discredit their opposition with insulting remarks such as "This kind of whackjobbery just makes the rest of at FR look like total nutcases" to voice your opposition instead of respectively presenting well reasoned thought to buttress your otherwise insipid claims.

Just one question: is she being charged as a Democratic Party official involved in the national election, or is she being charged as Speaker of the House Pelosi?
She's being charged with the act of fraudulently certifying BO. The fact she signed off implies she is in a position of authority to certify a candidate regardless in which capacity she was employing at the time she signed the document.

The claim made was based on experienced legal advise from the man's dad. You belittled that legal advice as if it means nothing while you admit you know nothing. And then you call people “weirdos” who have legally researched the grand jury effort for having done so.
