That is my MOST favorite version of “A Christmas Carol”! “The Muppets Christmas Carol” is my second favorite. ;o)

Yeah, mine too. My Dad turned me on to A Christmas Carol when I was young. My favorite "kid's" version was Mr. Magoo's Christmas Carol. On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day in the late 50's and 60's we'd watch all the versions we could; in those days black and white TV, with reception on about three channels. We were generally in agreement that Reginald Owen's Scrooge was the best until George C. Scott came along, although the 1930's version was not really a very faithful rendition of the story.
