Singer Joss Stone recently sat for an interview with Britains Star magazine and it has anti-drug campaigners freaking out. You may have guessed it the 22-year-old admitted to smoking weed on a regular basis, calling it fun.
How often does Stone do drugs? Well she said it depends on the day and if the studio allows smoking or not and what song she is working on.
Joss said, I smoke weed, but I dont think its really a drug. Its more an herb. I dont regret saying that at all. I think everyone smokes weed and people who say they dont are lying! Weed has been given this evil stamp, but how is it dangerous? Its going to make you laugh your a** off? You might go to sleep? I think alcohol is much more harmful.

Kansas pot makes good paper, and rope......not much else.
One is, that there is no smoke that is healthy.
Check out my new tagline... ;-)
I say yes in the overall grand scheme of things but the smell alone makes it a menace to those who don’t approve of it. It should be legalized and heavily taxed to specifically pay down the debt however it would be very hard to keep it out of the hands of children when sold to someone of age and then handed to the child. I say this because I once had an underage kid ask me to buy cigarettes for him which I refused but not everyone will. Also could you imagine people being at work while stoned? Not very much would get done.
A rock star (or whatever type of music Miss Stone sings) smoking pot!! I for one am shocked.
Wait, I haven’t outlawed diesel yet...
;-)
Check this out... It's from the DVD "Jeff Beck - Performing This Week, Live at Ronnie Scott's." One of the best concert videos I've ever seen. Jeff Beck is at the top of his game, and his band in phenomenal!

I know, but how is the “not supposed to” clause supposed to be implemented? By giving power over us to other men? Or by living with the consequences of our actions after we’ve chosen not to heed caution?
I would guess commercial sellers would probably include things to alter the smell to something less harsh.

Back in the day, we used to osterize it and bake it into brownies. You had to be careful how much you ate because it was much more potent that way.I think I read where 70% is wasted when you smoke it and only 10% is wasted when you eat it. I don’t indulge anymore but I don’t see the point in keeping it illegal.
Cute and totally brain-dead.
Bless her gorgeous heart!
She's in the "British White Soul Singer" genre, sorta like Amy Winehouse but easier on the eyes.
That's one of the perks of being a successful recording artist. No employment-based drug testing.
I'm just saying that it's sort of silly to try to base the reasoning for decriminalization on Scripture. And yes, I do believe that people should be held responsible and have to deal with the consequences of their actions.

Says you.
LOL! :)
Ten years ago, the Czech Republic was reported encouraging smoking as a way to reduce their nationalized HealthCare costs. (Smokers died before becoming elderlyand expensive for The Collective).
When "medical marijuana" is smoked by enough Americans, maybe we CAN afford ObamaCare after all. :-)
Jeff Beck is still the best.
