Two minutes and 39 seconds later he was done and without even taking a breath back to talking about the Native American event. Nowhere in his speech or his remarks the next day did he even acknowledge that the attacker was a Muslim. In his statement after the museum attack, he correctly criticized “anti-Semitism and prejudice” but made no mention of religion in the latest incident.

My guess would be that the Obamanation of America was pleased that some of his soldiers were murdered by a fellow Islamic of his own kind.

His references to it, and attempts to soft pedal it are nothing more thatn political window dressing...sort of like his "Peace Prize".

There is no way this guy will ever be reelected. He may even suffer the embarrassment of not even making it through the primaries. Also, there will not be another Black President for several generations, because the next Black President will be deserving of the office. Obama only reads what his staff writes and programs into his teleprompter. I’m not clear on exactly which members of his team do this, but with a coterie of people like Van Jones, Bill Ayers, Jeremiah Wright, et. alia, I’m not surprised at all by the content of his remarks about Fort Hood.

Without saying what I really feel, POTUS Obama should be made to resign or be impeached, not by Republicans, but by his own Democrat Party. We have just witnessed a major terrorist attack on our armed forces personnel in their home base here in the USA. Col. Ralph Peters (Fox News & NY Daily News) calls it out as clearly and truthfully as one can. He is heartbroken, as millions of loyal Americans are heartbroken and shocked by the failure of the military brass and the Obama administration to protect our most valued human asset. I hope all of our military folks get a clear picture of this none caring POTUS and his cronies that truely have no compassion, honor or respect for those who make the supreme sacrifice to protect our country and our freedom. Americans, the time has arrived to throw Obama out of office and send him to obscurity forever. God bless our fallen children, men and woman and unborn!!! I don’t know if it’s true but somewhere I have read (Drudge)
that without adequate health care insurance on can be fined a significant amount and or jailed for up to 5 years. Is this the “change” the lemmings voted for? Obama’s police force will be next, and who will stop him? As a Canadian I am appalled at what the American voters will endure under the guise of good government. Obama on Ft. Hood — Not Even ‘Shocked’

That's because to be shocked one has to hear news that is contradictory to one's expectations or that offends one's beliefs about the world.

For instance, most leftists would be shocked to hear that Michael Moore had issued an official apology for all of his movies together with an announcement that he was going to offer what filmmaking expertise he had, as well as money, to Sarah Palin to help her win the nomination in 2012 and beat Obama. Sarah Palin supporters would be shocked, too, believing this to be some sort of trick on Michael Moore's part.

Given the many years that Obama was sitting in Wright's God Damn America church, we can be pretty sure about what he felt upon hearing the news about Ft. Hood and not be shocked by his lack of shock.
