Carrie Prejean demanded more than a million dollars during her settlement negotiations with Miss California USA Pageant officials -- that is, until the lawyer for the Pageant showed Carrie an XXX home video of her handiwork.
The video the lawyer showed Carrie is extremely graphic and has never been released publicly. We know that, because TMZ obtained the video months ago but decided not to post it because it was so racy. Let's just say, Carrie has a promising solo career.
We're told it took about 15 seconds for Carrie to jettison her demand and essentially walk away with nothing. As we first reported, the Pageant is paying around $100,000 to her lawyers and publicist -- a fraction of her bills. She pockets nothing in the settlement.

and... if you do make a sex tape NEVER... NEVER believe for a moment it will not appear at the most inopportune time. Why folks never learn is beyond me.

And to think that David Letterman was able to get the authorities to prosecute the man who blackmailed him over a sex scandal.
The pageant had a sex tape but still paid her $100,000? Yeah, right. If there was a sex tape, it would be released and they wouldn’t have paid a dime. $100,000 is not walking away with nothing.
I believe the contract she signed when entering the pageant specifically required the contestants to disclose any nude or semi-nude photos or videos they had “modeled” for. She signed a statement that there were no such photos/videos of her.
That would make the video relevant to her case, as it would show the breached the contract. The fact that she lied on the application would also impeach her credibility as a witness in the case.
If the tape actually exists (and I trust TMZ a lot more than NBC, CNN or the NY Times) it would completely destroy her case.
It's ALREADY been distributed to TMZ. The cat is out of the bag and you can bet that there are copies floating around.

There are times when DESCRIBING a situation makes the reader create his or her own picture in the mind. Sounds like TMZ viewers are dirty minded folk.

Not a lawyer, but it seems to me that this would not be admissible, and in fact any attorney on her side should have been able to get an injunction against her opponents preventing them from distributing it or even making claims about its existence.

In doing so, she pretty much admits the tape exists, and it would be personally embarrassing for it to be released. Catch 22 if you will.

the one thing carrie has against her is the full force of the gay lobby. hollywood might not touch her even if she can sing or act.
Gulfbreeze actually got the answer correct. Christians are to settle disputs among themselves whenever possible. But it is a Christian vs Christian rule. Best to repeat it as close as possible in the future because when you add to the truth, you are subtracting from it.

Well, yes the Hollywood homos will do anything to win. However, that doesn’t change the fact that Carrie is a skank and an attention whore. Or, just a whore. Anybody who makes a sex tape is not exactly the “queen of morality.”
