Carrie Prejean demanded more than a million dollars during her settlement negotiations with Miss California USA Pageant officials -- that is, until the lawyer for the Pageant showed Carrie an XXX home video of her handiwork.
The video the lawyer showed Carrie is extremely graphic and has never been released publicly. We know that, because TMZ obtained the video months ago but decided not to post it because it was so racy. Let's just say, Carrie has a promising solo career.
We're told it took about 15 seconds for Carrie to jettison her demand and essentially walk away with nothing. As we first reported, the Pageant is paying around $100,000 to her lawyers and publicist -- a fraction of her bills. She pockets nothing in the settlement.

back 30 years ago we were all very decent about letting homnosexuals be let alone to do what they do privately
but that was just a ruse...it was never just about that
Thanks for your input WD, I was so inspired by your words in support of Miss California that I had read a review of her book "Still Standing" on the Conservative Book Club website.
I thought I would share a few snippets of that review:
She has been threatened, ridiculed, smeared and vilified in the liberal media -- but beauty queen Carrie Prejean is still holding her head high.
Now, in Still Standing, Prejean tells her side of the tumultuous story of how a beauty pageant contestant became nationally notorious, a villain of the amoral Left, and a hero of those who have faith in God and sound moral values --
Prejean swallowed hard and did the right thing, answering: "I believe that marriage should be between a man and a woman." She explained later: "I knew immediately that I would lose the competition because of my answer.... I didn't want to offend anyone but it was more important to me to be biblically correct than politically correct."
Her story shows that conservative women, Christians, and people who believe in traditional values are not fair game; that they cannot be mocked and pilloried at will.

“This is always the trap humanists use against Christians. If Christians are not perfect...”
That’s one of Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals. Hold the opponent up to their own moral standards. We never can reach all of them all of the time. But, unlike the liberals - we are ashamed of that fact, and it can be used against us.
Nice try, but I'm pretty sure the AMA, the American Psychiatric Association and the NIH would all agree that taping sex acts does not fall within normal, healthy boundaries.
"Bad decision making" doesn't even begin to cover the apparent need some people have to show their genitalia off to others.
And regardless of whether it is "moral" or not, since it has been widely reported that she signed a "morality clause" saying that nude pictures and images of her did not exist, you would agree that lying about that is immoral, right?
According to the NY Daily News:
The contract, which all contestants are required to sign, contains a clause asking participants whether they have ever been photographed nude or partially nude and if they conducted themselves "in accordance with the highest ethical and moral standards."
Miss California Miss USA Carrie Prejean may lose her title over little white lie, nudie pics (^)
The media will destroy anyone who gets in their way. Goodness knows what the leftists are doing. Too bad TMZ doesn’t dig into Donald Trump or Paris Hilton’s sleazy pasts.
Then again, that wouldn’t be news.
lol.
The liberal left is the one calling down their wrath.
They have declared that anyone who does not hold their views cannot be Miss America or own a football team.
Is that okay with you?
“If the video did not exist then why did Prejean pull out?”
First, she didn’t pull out of the pageant, she was fired.
She SETTLED her lawsuit, For some amount of money. She didn’t pull out. This article is spin to dismiss the payment as nothing and to claim she gave up cheap due to a sex tape.
If the settlement is confidential and if the sides agreed not to disparage each other (which is common practice) then this is a sleazy effort to defame her after she settled in good faith.
Look — Carrie did the right thing when it counted.
Trapping a person in their mistakes and thus debasing EVERYTHING is one of the most vile and also potent of the tactics evil employs.
Don’t fall for this. Stand by Carrie in this battle because she did speak Truth to perversion when it counted.
In fighting these kinds of battles, in PR and before the Bar, you can not stand down — you have to take the attack, validate it if true, make it your own, defuse it or make it a strength somehow.
LOL! Christians don’t have sex? Or when they do it’s only with their clothes on or with their eyes shut? What she did may have been stupid but it wasn’t unChristian.
Do you think racy pics or a private sex tape negates her view that homosexual marriage is wrong?
Do you approve of homosexual mariage?...not suggesting you do but you haven’t said.
Why do folks who take stands on almost any moral matter have to be angels?
That makes it impossible for anyone to take a stand.
Remember old westerns like my favorite SHANE where the person with a past is the redeemer who saves folks. That’s like life, everyone on the right side can’t be Mother Theresa by default.
Now if it is something more than just a suggestive nude tape and delves something Caligua like then you might have a point unless she had publicly repented. but just a nude tape of a woman with or without her boyforend doesn’t translate to the fact she has to be in support of tearing down 5000 years of man/wife marriage.
I just get this notion that social consevatives can’t be sexual (father of five)...sex is such a pivotal part of a good marriage for as long as God gives you that pleasure and intimacy to share. I’ve known a lot of Christians who are very horny but still cling to traditional values as best they can.
And Harvey Levin is a despicable but likable character.
I agree. However, she did try to present herself as pure as the driven snow. Speeches at value summits, presenting Dove awards, guest commentary with a moral bent, etc etc. The problem isn’t really Carrie herself, but reactionaries who lionized her for a couple of short sentences. If you read back that you’ll see that a couple of freepers even suggested she seek political office. Something’s wrong when all you have to say is, “Marriage should be between a man and woman” in the right venue and folks want to pin a medal on your chest.
A lot would depend on exactly how the video got to TMZ.
E.g., I don't hold Dr Laura's photos against her. She didn't publish them. Rather, it was her louse boyfriend, years later, jealous of her success.
Apparently, the sex tape is no longer private, as the entity she had tried to sue has a copy of her pornographic film.
No, her sex tape sex tape no more negates her stance on gay marriage than, Paris Hilton's sex tape negates her view on string theory.
Do you approve of homosexual mariage?...not suggesting you do but you havent said.
No, I am not in favor of gay marriage, but the idea that my gay neighbors may get married does not keep me awake at night.
And, I understand that the question of gay marriage will be answered at the SCOTUS where there are currently five Justices who would likely vote to overturn one of the current gay marriage bans.
Why do folks who take stands on almost any moral matter have to be angels?
A person's words should match their actions or they are putting themselves at risk of being a called a hypocrite.
Now, if the Miss. California had simply walked away from the limelight after her statement at that beauty contest, this would hardly be news. However, she permitted herself to become a cause célèbre of Christian Conservatives by speaking at the Values Summit and penning a book about her faith and morality.
So yes, her past actions of appearing in a pornographic film are relevant to the discussion and are apparently a violation of the contract she signed with that beauty contest.
And from reading a review of her book "Still Standing" at the the Conservative Book Club website, it appears that her book may be quite compelling as she does take a strong stand for her beliefs.
Prejean swallowed hard and did the right thing, answering: "I believe that marriage should be between a man and a woman." She explained later: "I knew immediately that I would lose the competition because of my answer.... I didn't want to offend anyone but it was more important to me to be biblically correct than politically correct."

I totally agree with you. If she was doing it for a bf who later released it, I don't find fault with her. When people are young, they do things they shouldn't (even when they know they shouldn't because of their religion). You are probably right, it was probably something she did for a boyfriend (and she never expected for anyone to see it but him). If that's the case, he is terrible for betraying her trust. Maybe some young ladies can learn from this.
I agree.

That's where I find fault with her. If this sex tape was not something between her and a trusted bf, she should have kept quiet. It's very hypocritical and something the left can use (which they have).
