Carrie Prejean demanded more than a million dollars during her settlement negotiations with Miss California USA Pageant officials -- that is, until the lawyer for the Pageant showed Carrie an XXX home video of her handiwork.
The video the lawyer showed Carrie is extremely graphic and has never been released publicly. We know that, because TMZ obtained the video months ago but decided not to post it because it was so racy. Let's just say, Carrie has a promising solo career.
We're told it took about 15 seconds for Carrie to jettison her demand and essentially walk away with nothing. As we first reported, the Pageant is paying around $100,000 to her lawyers and publicist -- a fraction of her bills. She pockets nothing in the settlement.

I’m sorry, but that again comes back to the splinter/plank comment I made earlier (and by Jesus before me).
She shouldn’t have held herself up as the standard for others as she did so publicly, given the predilections she apparently indulges it (assuming the claims of this TMZ article are correct).
I’m sorry, but hypocrisy of any stripe irks me tremendously.
What does any of this have to do with marriage being between a man and a woman only?
While I have not read Prejean’s best seller, I understand that her book went beyond her stand on gay marriage and went into her pure moral life and made no mention that she had worked as a porn actress.
How much did they pay an old boyfriend for this? Please everyone tell the young females in your family that something like this ALWAYS comes back to haunt you!
I don’t know what to think...not that I really care. She’s gorgeous, she was trashed because she came out against gay marriage. I sorta don’t care about her sex tape even though it goes against who I thought she was.
I suppose she will do quite well for herself in this life.

If the video did not exist then why did Prejean pull out? She was obviously blackmailed ...no doubt about that ...but she cannot have been blackmailed with something that does not exist.
This is a lesson ...never commit anything to celluloid or digital media unless you would be alright with the whole world seeing it. Sex videos tend to get lost, stolen or leaked, and often at the worst possible time. Prejean had everything in control until this tape was brought up, and now the best she can hope for is to break even after paying off legal bills.
Anyways, while I believe this is blackmail I also believe that the tape definitely exists, otherwise Prejean wouldn't have pulled out so quickly.
Wiser words have never been spoken. At the moment it may seem nice and exciting, but when those things get lost or stolen the ramifications can be truly horrendous.

i will bet you out of the 300,000 freeprs who have signed on here since 1997 that at least 10-20% have made racy photos or phone vid or the like of a lover or spouse and that of that group of conservative deviants(sarc), that 95% of them are anti- queer marriage.

This is always the trap humanists use against Christians. If Christians are not perfect, they can’t possibly be against changing the defination of marriage and family. You must be a Saint to hold that belief. You must be a saint to be a Christian. That is not our Christian belief that one has to be sinless to be a Christian. We are the ones who define our own beleifs - not humanists.
I could care less if this lady is pure or not. It is none of my business just like what gays do to one another is none of my business. It is my business if gays want to change the meaning of marriage and family because heterosexual marriage and family is the major foundation of all advanced societies and the major support structure for independence from government.
a woman making a nudie tape with her lover-spouse hardly disqualifies her taking a stand over homosexual mariage...
