Thanks Amy! Bailey sure is more energetic the last few days. Modern medicine is amazing. Can’t wait to hear what the cardiologist has to say about his progress when we see the vets at the UW Vet School again on Friday. I think they’ll be pleased with his results on the medications.

We have a sunny day here in WI. Took my horse for a nice ride this afternoon.

I saw it. :) White Dog goes berserk when I get the leash out, he's so excited. That and 'going to the bank' make him the happiest dog in the world. :)

Thanks Johnn, The big lug Bailey has his head on my lap now, as he does when I’m feeding my addiction to FR. He’s been quite spunky since he went on the heart meds and the fluid clearing drug. We hadn’t noticed he’d become less energetic while the heart condition progressed. We were just stunned that he had this problem. No longer stunned, I’m on the case, and he’ll get everything he needs to have a good remainder of his life. He’ll sure be feeling better. Dogs are so great. How they weave themselves right into our hearts. Faithful companions. I think he’ll surprise the vets and go longer than a year. FReegards, TCP

Gosh, I read the whole thread too but I have started checking pings and mail too. For a while I was bad about not checking pings and so I laid down a new leaf!

Occasionally, I will miss one addressed to me and I get a few pings from other threads also! And the other day I received some mail from a Tennessee FReeper. He and his wife were getting ready to leave on their way to tour the state of Texas for a whole month. I thought that was great!!

I actually started chatting this morning at 7:00 with TCP, The Mayor, pollywog, Meg. You all know me and my mouth. LOL!!

Shhh .... I usually check my pings but I read the thread whether I'm pinged or not.

There are other threads that I'm pinged to but I do not always visit them ... depends on how active it is at Amy's.

I don't know what kind of birds they are but I thought they were cute. :)
