An official announcement by the Obama administration disclosing the reality of extraterrestrial life is imminent. For several months, senior administration officials have been quietly deliberating behind closed doors how much to disclose to the world about extraterrestrial life. Dissatisfaction among powerful institutions such as the U.S. Navy over the decades-long secrecy policy has given a boost to efforts to disclose the reality of extraterrestrial life and technology.
The impending disclosure announcement follows upon the secret implementation of a year long openness policy on UFOs and extraterrestrial life. Over the period February 12-14, 2008, the United Nations held closed doors discussions where approximately 30 nations secretly agreed on a new openness policy on UFOs and extraterrestrial life in 2009. The openness policy was implemented but never publicly announced due to threats against UN diplomats not to disclose details of the secret agreement. h The secret UN agreement was based on two conditions. First, UFOs would continue to appear around the world; and second, the openness policy would not lead to social unrest in liberal democracies. Both conditions have been satisfied making it possible for the next stage to begin – official disclosure of extraterrestrial life.

There is an old paperback book titled Being...written by Michael Redfinn. It’s a story about Aliens visits, a half alien, half human that become a powerful world leader. There is a biblical part of the story too...the aliens are really satan and his minions that begin the tribulation. Find it and read it....its an ineresting scenario and a good read. What better way for satan to take over and cut across all cultural and religious barriers than to pose as a powerful extraterrestrial
Now that we see that a big announcement may be imminent, that there may be an acknowledgment by "important officials" that, indeed, there is extraterrestrial life, and, of course, these beings are completely benign and only want to help mankind, Satan may be taking his deception to a new level.
Will UFOs Ride In To Save The Day?
This announcement, if it turns out to be true, is yet another piece on the Bible prophecy chessboard that is being maneuvered into place.
If you are a person who knows Jesus Christ as your Savior, there has never been a more exciting time to be alive!
As part of this scenario, how do “governments around the world” know when they need to get cracking on this?
Through Scripture, and Christ Himself, we know that the real power behind human governments are Satanic. Satan knows his fate, he knows the Bible and he knows when the time will get close for Jesus' return.
Governments will "get cracking on this" when the puppeteer directs them to.

To say that Satan is the "prince of the power of the air" is to signify that in some way he rules over the world and the people in it.
This is not to say that he rules the world completely; only God does this. But it does mean that God, in His infinite wisdom, has allowed Satan to operate in this world (within the boundaries God has set for him) and has allowed Satan to operate with an agenda. When the Bible says Satan has power over the world, it must be made clear that God has given him domain over unbelievers alone. Believers are no longer under the rule of Satan (Colossians 1:13). Unbelievers, on the other hand, are caught "in the snare of the devil" (2 Timothy 2:26), lie in the "power of the evil one" (1 John 5:19), and are in bondage to Satan (Ephesians 2:2).
In Ezekiel 28:10, we first read a description of the human prince of Tyre, a powerful man who—in the human sphere—was the absolute leader over this "New York" of the ancient world. But Ezekiel then shifts his focus to the real "power behind the throne"—the behind-the-scenes king of this pagan city-state. Notice, "Son of man, take up a lamentation for the king of Tyre, and say to him, ‘Thus says the Lord God: "You were the seal of perfection, full of wisdom and perfect in beauty. You were in Eden, the garden of God; every precious stone was your covering: the sardius, topaz, and diamond, beryl, onyx, and jasper, sapphire, turquoise, and emerald with gold. The workmanship of your timbrels and pipes was prepared for you on the day you were created’" (vv. 12–13). Here we find a personality who existed millennia before Tyre—in the "Garden of Eden"! Yet this personality was a created being (v. 15), not a member of the God Family.
In this way, Ezekiel reveals that Satan was the ultimate ruler of this Gentile city-state.
When Jesus was taken up to be tempted by Satan, and Satan offered to give Jesus all the kingdoms of the earth if Jesus would only worship him, not once did Jesus dispute that Satan was, indeed, the ruler of these nations.
So while there are individuals, those who know Christ, over whom Satan has no control, he does rule over every one else, and over human governments.
