Isn’t it great? Do you live in the city of Manila or one of the provinces. I think living in the provincial towns are much more enjoyable than living in Manila.
No I love Denmark, I mean silly as in so many beautiful women it’s just plain silly. I spent time in Aarhus and Copenhagen, beautiful country and fantastic people.

Interestingly, Venezuela (a perennial Miss Universe winner) and India (a perennial Miss World winner) are not on the list.

The list is not writ in stone. Is one person’s opinion. It’s one of those “list” where all of us will probably differ and none of us would be wrong. With so many European countries, I’m shocked that Romania was not included. A true Romanian, of course, is much like Italians, brown eyed brunettes, and, also, said to have their heritage from Ancient Rome. Or, at least, their language certainly does.
What about Venezuela. They seem to win beauty contest at the highest level.
My car has a reverse. I would back up one block for a brunette, two blocks for a blond, but five whole city blocks for a Puerto Rican.
There is beautiful women everywhere... God made them all... just some stood in the beauty line twice.
They celebrates the United States’ 4th July, and have done so since the old immigrants came hot to visit their old country after being successful here!!!

I have never been to Manila, and would not live in any big city.
When I flew in for a one month visit in August of last year, and when I came to live in January, my flight was from Vienna to Cebu city, with only one stop in Doha, Qatar.
I live in a nice small town, on a beach, 2 hours south of Cebu city.
There are a few other FReepers living here in the Philippines.
If you have the right attitude, and can accept life in a third world country, this is GREAT.
I have beach and mountains, all in one.
My $500 per month covers my rent, food, transportation...everything...and that is for 2 people.
I bet that would cause major confusion in a gay bar.

Weather here has been fine.
The Typhoons all seem to hit the northern Philippines.
The last two were bad, some of the worst in many years, but all were in Luzon, quite far north of me on Cebu. A new Typhoon “Lupit” was heading for extreme northern Luzon, but has made a U turn and heading back NE.
Estonia, Sweden, Latvia, Denmark - obviously this guy goes by the maxim “the whiter the better”. That’s not so much my taste, sure there’s some good looking blond haired, blue eyed, Baltic albinos out there - but still I tend toward the darker tones.
But. I understand negotiations are underway to have them released and sent back to Texas.
