Does anybody know why Amazon.com has dropped the price of Sarah Palin's book? I was going to wait until after it was on the shelf to buy it, but, Amazon dropped the price to $9.00. I'm pre-ordering today.

I think that they’re in a price war with Wal-Mart right now. Great deal on the book — definitely worth it.

Wow! You mean competition actually lowers the prices? Imagine that! Tell this to the socialists/communists and anti-capitalists who want to control everything who are in the White House.
To: MsLady
Don’t be fooled by this. Her book is titled “Going Rogue”.

Amazon and Wal-Mart are in a price bidding war to see who can sell it for less. That’s what competition does, it lowers the price.

We need a Federal Department of Books to determine what should be published, how many copies printed and what the price should be. And to make it fair, people should be charged different prices depending on their economic condition.
Under Obamaprinting, Palin's book would be disapproved by the Shred Panel. Send the entire print run to be pulped and recycled.

They already thought up something like that ... it was called Directive 10-289.

Not sure if Amazon charges shippingThey do unless you buy 2 books that add up to $25 (or that's what it used to be). Usually you can't get by with less than a $30 order. Shipping is at least $5.
