How does it handle trees in the river, or large boulders just below the surface?

Awesome! Great to get around traffic eh? The only problem is probably the cost.

Oh, that is totally bitchin’...too bad it’s not a Camaro.

I always think of my commute first. Haven’t seen icebergs for ten years. River ice bergs.

Outwardly it's pretty strange looking, but the interior is groovy:

I always think of my commute first. You commute on the river, really? That's very cool. I was just being dumb (as usual.)

With a front end and bottom like that, I would think carefully before I went 100mph in that.

I live a block from a river, I could commute to Philly or Camden quicker, maybe. Kind of silly. Like the old flying car dreams of Popular Mechanics for the past 50 years.

I don’t see this being a big seller in NM.

I actually could. I live upstream on the Mississippi from my workplace. It'd be great for when the ice is off the River. Public landings near both my home and work, so road access would be a cinch.
It'd certainly cut down on getting caught in traffic.

Worthless. Where is the bait well, the fish well, and rod holders? I give it one year in FL and the salt water and sun will corrode most of it. It won’t take on the 5’ waves off shore either. I’ll stick with the other option, car, boat trailer.

I love the part in the video where they have stopped the car and his wife or girlfriend is climbing back on board after a swim. That and the part where all the women climb aboard :)
Looks like the most seaworthy (and fun) amphibious car I have seen so far :)
