Terri, I believe you are right on the trail and am glad you’re doing your own thing at this point.
Please contact Orly. She goes to court Monday. This could be critical. Also, is there anyone in HI that can go to the appropriate room and check things out. The items posted on Leo’s site need human eyes. Maybe with someone to take an affidavit?
As regards to the ‘pending’ document, unless Orly can get a court order how else can it be examined? Perhaps it does not matter, though as whatever the amendment to the BC is, it has created doubts in the mind of the folks at DoH.
Sounds like it is something that ‘cleanses’ Zero’s NBC status. Perhaps a change of parent name?
