The only thing interesting in the story is how he worked with prosecutors. That is, unless there is proof of sexual harassment. I haven't seen any stories to support the sex was anything more than a "fling".

It's embarrassing to see people jump to conclusions to criticize. It's immature.

Agreed.

I think Letterman is waste of a human, but, focusing on this issue takes your attention from more important issues in my opinion.

I do not know the exact definition of sexual harassment, but, if the other person willingly (not coerced) had sex with him I do not see it as harassment. Until it is know if the act(s) were between consenting adults it is all speculation.

A better list would be The Top 100 things, more important than Letterman’s infidelity, that advance the conservative agenda.
