“Get away with what? Sex?

What’s his punishment supposed to be? That the conservatives won’t watch his show anymore? That doesn’t happen now. So what exactly is he ‘getting away with’?

Personally, it’s none of our business. He wasn’t on the phone in the oval office taking care of international business, so it doesn’t concern us.”

Agreed.

I think Letterman is waste of a human, but, focusing on this issue takes your attention from more important issues in my opinion.

I do not know the exact definition of sexual harassment, but, if the other person willingly (not coerced) had sex with him I do not see it as harassment. Until it is know if the act(s) were between consenting adults it is all speculation.

A better list would be The Top 100 things, more important than Letterman’s infidelity, that advance the conservative agenda.

Actually, it is our business. The blackmail is a crime...but so is creating a hostile work environment for the female subordinates to Letterman.

In theory, how could an underling say ‘no’ to Letterman and still expect to have a job (or be able to get a similar job in the TV industry).

CBS is culpable and liable.
