Catholic Online As I watch the appointment of radical social activists such as Chai Feldblum to significant positions I grow increasingly concerned. WASHINGTON, D.C. (Catholic Online) The White House Press Secretary issued this release: Chai R. Feldblum, Nominee for Commissioner, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Chai Feldblum is a Professor of Law at the Georgetown University Law Center where she has taught since 1991. She also founded the Law Centers Federal Legislation and Administrative Clinic, a program designed to train students to become legislative lawyers. Feldblum previously served as Legislative Counsel to the AIDS Project of the American Civil Liberties Union. In this role, she developed legislation, analyzed policy on various AIDS-related issues, and played a leading role in the drafting of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and, later as a law professor, in the passage of the ADA Amendments Act of 2008. She has also worked on advancing lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender rights and has been a leading expert on the Employment Nondiscrimination Act. Ms. Feldmans work to, in the words of the announcement, advance lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender rights, places marriage and religious freedom in America at grave risk. She is prolific and has written extensively about her legal views concerning the Bill of Rights and its protection of religious freedom.
The Administration had to have known about her radical views.

Obama appoints yet another radical activist. THIS CHANGING AMERICA HAS TO STOP!
Dear Barack,
Go blow your agenda out your arse, parasite.
Love,
America
I want to advocate for heterosexual rights. I think sometime in the future they may become important as the sexually challenged die away.
You know....maybe Hillary WOULDN’T have been so bad.(I have to wash my hands now after typing this)
Use a blowtorch. The Hildabeast would have been worse. Not necessary really “much worse” but “worse”. At least we don’t have to hear her voice all that much.
Wellll, the way O is going we may have to deal with Winy Nancy at some point, after Biden of course....
Americans have wondered if the lib’s keep having Abortions if that (they kill their future) might occur.
It would be a lot easier if these idiots just passed a bill that says it’s legal to discriminate against straight white males. That’s basically what they’re doing. Instead of adding all these sub groups, they should just cut to the chase and state their desired goal.
Sshh...The NY Times is listening and they will suggest it at their next “roundtable” meeting with the administration.
Hillary would have been just as bad, if not worse.
The list, ping
Radical or not as her views of Constitutional Law interpretation may be. I am reminded that Freedom of Association has never been held to apply to commerce. It was wrong when the Mormons hundreds of years ago refused to do buisiness with anyone of a different faith.
Do we really want to live in a world where some church elder must decide our worthiness before we are allowed to buy food, etc?
Did you read the whole article, or just the excerpt?
The article goes on to state, “These folks are social and cultural revolutionaries. The Human Rights Campaign uses the Courts and the legislature to force this kind of new America on all of us. They want to have the Police Power of the State as the enforcer of their cultural revolution and Ms. Feldblum may soon make it possible.”
I agree with the author’s statement above. Liberals are NOT liberating, they want to control and impose their views on the rest of us and they will stop at nothing to CHANGE America.
You should really look into their “community organizing” techniques and realize the people Obama appoints are radical activists working at every level to CHANGE America.
It is not about Freedom of Association. I could care less what they do in their own homes but I do care that they are trying to fundamentally change our country, our constitution and our belief system.
In related news, Feldblum signed a radical marriage manifesto that praised polygamy.
